Frequently Asked Questions

In order to have full access to breeder and customer benefits, you will need to create an account and login with your username and password information.

To list a puppy, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your breeder account. Upgrade or renew if prompted for FREE. You will need to have a breeder FREE subscription in order to have full access to breeder benefits, such as listing a puppy.
  2. We are offering FREE listings until August 30th, 2023.
  3. Once logged in, click on ‘List a Puppy’ at the top of the page.
  4. Fill out all relevant information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
  5. Once all of your information has been added, hit ‘Publish.’

To clone a puppy listing, follow these steps:

  1. Once logged into your account, click on the ‘My Puppies’. This will take you to all your puppy listings.
  2. Click on the ‘Clone this puppy’ option.
  3. Your new clone will automatically opened for editing. Fill in the missing data.
  4. Once you have made all necessary changes, hit ‘Publish’ at the bottom of the page.

If you accidentally delete a puppy listing, you will not be able to restore it.

When you receive a message on Puppy Paw Network from a potential customer, you will receive an email notification directly to the email you have on file for your account. The email notification will let you know that you have received a message on your Puppy Paw Network account and will ask you to login to view it. Once you log into your account, you will have a message across the top of your dashboard letting you know you have an unread message. You can click on the notification or click the message tab to view your new message.

The Dashboard of Puppy Paw Network can only be viewed when logged into the website with breeder or customer account. The dashboard is your control panel to the website which gives you access to all advanced features, such as your listed puppies, subscription information, messages, and bookmarks.

If you do not have any current puppies to list, you may switch your account to consumer at any time.

To access this option, login to your account, and navigate to your ‘My Subscriptions’ menu by clicking on the person icon to the far right of the main menu. Identify your currently active subscription in the list and click on “View” to view the details. Once opened, click on “Cancel”.

NOTE: By switching to consumer account, all active puppy listings will be deleted as soon as your current paid subscription expires. After that, you will not be able to list new puppies. You can upgrade back to breeder any time.

To add a video to your puppy listing, your video must first be on YouTube.  After your video is published on your YouTube account, login to your Puppy Paw Network breeder account, go to your Puppy Paw Network puppy listing, and there will be an option to add a “Youtube video link”. Copy the custom YouTube URL for your video (www…) and paste the link into the Youtube video link box on your Puppy Paw Network puppy listing. Once you’ve added your YouTube video URL to your Puppy Paw Network puppy listing, hit ‘Update’ to make the video live on your listing.

If you do not have a YouTube channel, and would like for us to upload your video for you, we’d be happy to do so! Simply contact us and we’d be happy to add your video to our own Puppy Paw Network Channel, and provide you with YouTube link that you can add to your puppy listing.
