Puppy Paw Network Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using the website or other products and services of Puppy Paw Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Our Audience
Puppy Paw Network is intended for people who are at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from creating Puppy Paw Network accounts. You agree that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the Terms and to abide by and comply with these Terms.
Each Paw Paw Network user is only permitted to have one account. We may refuse to offer the Services to any person or entity. We may, without notice and at our discretion, terminate your right to use the Services and block or prevent your future access to the Services. If a user has been previously suspended or their account removed for not following these Terms, they are not permitted to create a new account.
Fees & Cost
It is free to browse puppies for sale and to contact subscribing sellers. The monthly subscription charge to list puppies for sale is $20.00-$30.00 depending on which tier you choose. Sellers must create an account and agree to be automatically billed monthly (approximately every 30 days from the sign up date). A credit card is required upon account creation. Your first charge will occur upon account creation and recurring billing will begin immediately. To terminate the recurring billing process you must cancel your account by logging into your account and following the instructions or by emailing Puppy Paw Network. Otherwise, recurring charges will continue to be billed regardless of your account activity.
You may also temporarily suspend your account on a month-by-month basis. Suspension is only temporary and will only be valid for one month. The user is responsible for renewing this suspension each month in order to not be billed. Suspension allows all data and user information to be saved, rather than complete account deletion.
Puppy Paw Network does not issue refunds. You may cancel or suspend your account before the next monthly billing cycle, but failure to cancel or suspend an account before the recurring billing date, does not constitute a refund from Puppy Paw Network.
User Content & Account Security
The Services consist of interactive features and areas that allow users to create and store content, including but not limited to photos, text, graphics, items, or other materials. You understand that you are responsible for all data charges you may incur by using these Services. You also understand that your User Content may be viewable by the site’s Admins. All information made public can be viewed by public users.
You agree that you are solely responsible for your User Content and any claims that may arise from your User Content. Puppy Paw Network is not responsible or liable for any User Content or claims that may arise. Puppy Paw Network is not obligated to do so, but may reserve the right to review, screen, and delete User Content at any time and for any reason.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself in your subscription form and to maintain and update your breeder profile to keep it complete and accurate. If you provide any information that is untrue or incomplete, or Puppy Paw Network has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, Puppy Paw Network has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to Puppy Paw Network, you hereby grant us royalty-free permission to use and display such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods.
Puppy Paw Network will not sell your User Content.
After opening a Puppy Paw Network account, you accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs while logged into your account. You are responsible for making sure that you keep your password secure and safe. You agree that you will not share your password with others or do anything that might jeopardize the security of your account, including sharing your password or logging in through unauthorized third-party applications. If you use any such application, you acknowledge and agree that Puppy Paw Network will bear no responsibility for any actions taken by those applications, such as any breach of or unauthorized use of your account information.
Termination
You agree that Puppy Paw Network, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account, or use of the Services, and remove any User Content, for any reason. Puppy Paw Network may discontinue providing the Services at anytime with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Services under any provision of these Terms may be effected without prior notice, and agree that Puppy Paw Network may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Services. You agree that Puppy Paw Network shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Services.
Feedback
You agree that any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information or materials regarding Puppy Paw Network or the Services that you provide, whether by email or otherwise, are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Puppy Paw Network. We will be entitled to the unrestricted use of such Feedback for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledging or compensating you. You waive any rights you may have to the Feedback (including any copyrights or moral rights).
Puppy Paw Network Content
Unless otherwise stated, all materials contained on or within the Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, code, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of Puppy Paw Network Content may violate such laws and these Terms. Puppy Paw Network does not grant any rights to users to use Puppy Paw Network Content. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, republish, reverse engineer, sell, participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, Puppy Paw Network Content, the Services, or any related software.
Any use of the Services or Puppy Paw Network Content, without the prior written permission of Puppy Paw Network, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license to use Puppy Paw Network.
You acknowledge and agree that Puppy Paw Network may preserve User Content and Subscription Data and may also disclose User Content and subscription Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: comply with legal process, enforce these Terms, respond to claims that any User Content or Subscription Data violates the rights of third-parties, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Puppy Paw Network, its users, and the public.
Prohibited Activities
You agree to not use the Services for any purpose that is illegal, beyond the scope of their intended use, or otherwise prohibited in these Terms. You agree to not use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services. Compromising the security of the Services and sending any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, solicitations, or promotional materials is prohibited. Reverse engineering any aspect of the site and/or using a robot, scraper, or other automated means to access the service or extract data is prohibited. You will not attempt to use another user’s account without authorization, attempt to access areas or features of the Services that you are not authorized to access, or engage in any harassing or intimidating conduct. You will not impersonate any person or entity, violate the publicity, privacy, or data-protection rights of others, or infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary rights of any party. You may not buy, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise offer in exchange for any compensation, access to your Puppy Paw Network account or a Puppy Paw Network username. It is prohibited to develop any third-party applications that interact with User Content or the Services and to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or engage in, encourage, or promote any activity that violates these Terms. When listing you MAY NOT use any phone numbers or website url in the Puppy’s Header Name. If this is done this may result in termination of account.
Copyright Policy
Puppy Paw Network respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with applicable laws, we strive to remove any infringing material from our site. If Puppy Paw Network becomes aware that one of its users is a copyright infringer, it is our policy to take reasonable steps within our power to terminate the user’s account. All users should be aware of and comply with applicable copyright laws.
International Users
These Services are hosted in the United States. If you are a user accessing the Services from outside the United States, and your laws or regulations differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Services, which are governed by U.S. law, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, in no event will Puppy Paw Network be liable for any damages that result from the use of the Services. Even if Puppy Paw Network has been advised of the possibility of such damages, you assume total responsibility for your use of the Services.
Indemnification
By agreeing to these Terms you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Puppy Paw Network and our managing members from any and all claims and damages due to: your access or use of the Services, any User Content you post, store, and distribute through the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of the rights of another, including any intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality, and your violation of any laws, rules, or regulations.
Modifications to the Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue your use of these Services without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of these Services.
